SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to any optional text communications from Bolt Aviation LLC ("Bolt Aviation," "we," "our," or "us"). A Bolt Aviation SMS program is not currently active through this website, and this page is not an enrollment form. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to text messages.

If Bolt Aviation establishes an SMS service, it may offer appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, aircraft rental notifications, operational or customer-service messages, and optional promotional communications where separately authorized. Program-specific enrollment information will identify the sender, the messages offered, and applicable terms before enrollment. These terms do not themselves authorize messages that require consent.

Before sending messages that require opt-in, we will obtain the consent required for the type of communication, technology, and applicable federal and Florida law. Marketing consent must be separate from an ordinary appointment request and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a telephone number on our appointment form does not constitute SMS marketing consent.

If promotional texting is offered, we will request separate, affirmative consent with clear program disclosures and maintain appropriate consent records. Consent will not be presumed from silence or a preselected choice. We will not treat consent previously given to a different business as consent to a Bolt Aviation program without an appropriate lawful basis and any required new authorization.

Enroll only with a number you are authorized to use. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us so we can update the applicable records. Availability of a future program may depend on the provider, supported carriers, location, and applicable requirements.

Message frequency may vary according to the type of communication, your activity, and the preferences offered by the program. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider can explain charges under your plan. Do not assume an unlimited messaging allowance applies to every message or location.

If a Bolt Aviation SMS program is offered, its enrollment and message disclosures will identify the sending number and explain how to reply STOP to opt out. There is currently no active Bolt Aviation SMS program through this website, and no STOP service is offered here. For any future program, we will also accept other reasonable methods of revoking consent required by law; a keyword will not be the exclusive method.

You may contact fly@flyatbolt.com or call (305) 423-9308 to communicate a request to stop applicable text messages. Include the number concerned and enough information to identify your request, without sending sensitive personal records. We will honor applicable revocation requests within the period required by law and maintain appropriate suppression and opt-out records.

If permitted by law, an operational service may send a single nonpromotional message confirming an opt-out. A customer who has opted out will not be re-enrolled in messages requiring consent without the required new authorization. You may still contact us by phone or email about services.

A future program will provide HELP instructions where that assistance is available. No HELP text service is currently offered through this website. For assistance at any time, email fly@flyatbolt.com or call (305) 423-9308. Do not use text messaging for emergencies, urgent flight dispatch, or safety-critical instructions.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. A messaging provider or other service provider may process information as necessary to deliver authorized communications, manage consent, and honor opt-outs, subject to applicable restrictions. Disclosure required by applicable law is not prohibited.

Delivery depends on the messaging platform, wireless carrier, network coverage, device compatibility, and other conditions. Messages may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by applicable law. No delivery disclaimer removes mandatory legal protections or excuses a failure to honor consent or revocation requirements.

We may revise these terms and will post an updated effective date when published. Material changes to an active program will be communicated as required by law and provider requirements; changes will not substitute for consent where new consent is required.
