These Terms of Use govern access to and use of flyatbolt.com, operated by Bolt Aviation LLC ("Bolt Aviation," "we," "our," or "us"). They concern the website and its online features. They are not an aircraft rental agreement, flight authorization, or aviation liability release.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Any separate agreement you enter into for a particular service governs that service according to its terms. These website terms do not replace a signed rental agreement, instructor agreement, or transaction-specific purchase conditions.

The website provides information about aircraft rentals, flight-training opportunities with independent instructors, discovery flights, scheduling, and business contact information. Descriptions, photographs, specifications, and educational information are provided to help you evaluate and inquire about services. They are not operational instructions, regulatory advice, or permission to operate an aircraft.

An inquiry or appointment request does not create a reservation or authorize aircraft access. Arrangements require confirmation through the applicable rental, instructor, scheduling, or purchase process. Please do not rely on an unanswered message for a time-sensitive or safety-critical matter.

Aircraft rental requires compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations, pilot qualifications and currency, endorsements where required, checkout requirements, insurance restrictions, operational policies, and a separate rental agreement. Eligibility, access, and flight authorization are determined through the actual rental process.

Aircraft access for lessons with an instructor does not authorize solo operation. A student pilot's solo privileges and any other flight require the applicable qualifications, endorsements, approvals, and operational conditions. Website information does not waive those requirements or guarantee that an aircraft is available, serviceable, equipped for a proposed flight, or approved for a particular use.

Bolt Aviation provides aircraft rental services and facilitates access to independent FAA-certificated flight instructors. Flight instruction is provided by independent instructors operating in their own professional capacity. Instructor availability, qualifications, scheduling, and instructional arrangements are subject to applicable requirements and agreements.

Descriptions of instructor services do not represent instructors as Bolt Aviation employees. Instructional plans, charges, and arrangements must be confirmed with the applicable instructor and parties involved. Independent status does not eliminate legal duties or responsibilities that may otherwise apply to Bolt Aviation, an instructor, or another party under applicable law.

A discovery flight is an introductory flight lesson in a Cessna 172 at Miami Executive Airport with an independent FAA-certificated flight instructor. Flights require scheduling confirmation and are subject to aircraft and instructor availability, weather, air traffic, operational conditions, and applicable safety requirements.

The website currently describes approximately 1.5 hours for the overall experience, including the ground introduction and about 30–45 minutes of flight time. These are approximate descriptions subject to conditions and any express commitments made at purchase. A completed purchase does not guarantee a particular date, route, aircraft, view, opportunity to handle the controls, or duration beyond commitments expressly agreed at purchase. Whether instruction may be logged depends on applicable requirements and proper documentation by the instructor.

Before purchasing, review the proposed date, participant requirements, and transaction-specific cancellation, weather rescheduling, refund, and payment conditions presented by the applicable merchant. These Terms of Use do not establish those purchase conditions or impose a nonrefundable purchase condition, cancellation penalty, or forfeiture. If material conditions are unclear, inconsistent, or unavailable, contact us before paying. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Discovery Flight — $230 base price. Applicable checkout fees and the final transaction amount must be clearly disclosed before payment. Other aircraft rental rates, fuel arrangements, instructor charges, and service terms are governed by the applicable separately published rates and agreements. The discovery-flight price is not an hourly aircraft rental rate.

The linked discovery-flight checkout identifies MB Airworks LLC as the payment merchant. Payment through that destination is a transaction with the merchant identified on the payment page; it is not represented as a payment processed directly by Bolt Aviation LLC. These Terms of Use do not establish or authorize an arrangement for one business to process or receive payments on behalf of another.

The payment page currently displays an additional 3% credit-card service fee. The stated fee concerns credit-card payments only; it is not a debit- or prepaid-card fee. Any surcharge must satisfy applicable law and card-network and processor requirements. This disclosure describes the displayed charge and does not constitute processor approval or confirm that every transaction is eligible for a surcharge. Review the merchant, any applicable fee, and the final total before paying. If a surcharge appears for a debit or prepaid card, or if the amount, merchant, or purchase conditions are unclear, contact us before completing payment. Keep the transaction receipt and the purchase conditions supplied at checkout.

Flight Circle, external payment processors, mapping services, and other linked platforms are operated by third parties and may have their own accounts, terms, privacy policies, and technical requirements. A link does not make Bolt Aviation the operator of that platform. Review the applicable platform and merchant information before sharing information or completing a transaction. We do not control every aspect of an external service; this does not exclude responsibilities that applicable law places on us.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information. Pricing, availability, aircraft specifications, equipment, and scheduling can change. Photographs show particular aircraft at the time photographed and do not establish current serviceability or suitability for a proposed flight.

Confirm material details before relying on them for a reservation or purchase. If we identify a material inaccuracy, we will take reasonable steps to correct it promptly and communicate with affected customers as appropriate. This provision does not authorize misleading advertising, retroactively change agreed purchase terms, or remove remedies required by law. Please report suspected errors to fly@flyatbolt.com.

Website text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, and their arrangement are owned by Bolt Aviation or used with permission from their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use when you retain relevant ownership notices.

Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing by the rights holder, you may not commercially reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or use website content to suggest an endorsement or affiliation. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. These terms do not restrict uses protected by applicable law.

You must not use the website unlawfully; submit fraudulent, abusive, or malicious material; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorized access to systems or information; introduce malicious software; interfere with availability or security; or misuse inquiry forms or other functionality. Use only information you are entitled to provide, and do not submit payment-card data or sensitive personal records through general inquiry forms.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and address misuse, consistent with applicable law. Legitimate customer requests, good-faith criticism, and legally protected activity are not prohibited by these terms.

Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of information provided through the website and related inquiries. Providing a telephone number does not enroll you in an SMS marketing program. Any optional text messaging is subject to applicable consent requirements and our SMS Terms & Conditions. Optional text messaging is not currently offered through this website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational features are provided on an "as available" basis without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free access or compatibility with every device. We do not warrant that general website information is suitable as an operational flight-planning resource. Use current approved operational sources and the applicable professional and regulatory processes.

To the extent permitted by law, Bolt Aviation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from interruption of website access or inability to use its informational features. This limited provision concerns website functionality; it does not release claims arising from aircraft operation, instruction, or other aviation services, waive negligence, or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer protections, remedies for misleading statements, or other nonwaivable rights. No aviation accident liability release or broad waiver of negligence is created by using this website. Any separate aviation agreement requires its own appropriate review and acceptance.

Florida law governs these website terms, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory consumer protections. To the extent legally permissible, courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida are the proposed venue for disputes concerning these terms or website use. This provision does not override mandatory jurisdiction, venue, or consumer rights available under applicable law.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date and providing any additional notice required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase or separate agreement without a lawful basis. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not by itself waive the ability to enforce it later.
